ANP Fitness and Nutrition offers flexible nutrition strategies that meet individual client needs.  Fitness programming is carefully customized and planned to support unique client goals.  I'm here to help you achieve your goals by providing you with a clear roadmap to regain your health.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Through our mobile app, we help people exercise regularly, learn effective nutrition strategies and develop healthier habits. For those that seek extra support and individualized attention, we also offer personalized coaching with our customized programs.

Select one of our pre-designed programs or our customized programs. Bring your workouts to the gym and track your progress using our nifty mobile app. Your trainer reviews your progress, checks in with you each week and tweaks your training plan.

FITNESS PROGRAM

YOUR SCHEDULE

Everyone's lifestyle is different. We get it, and it's for that reason that we provide you with easy to schedule workout feature via our app. Each program you start with us has a PREDETERMINED frequency of training each week. However, you always have the option to RESCHEDULE your workout to a day that suits you best.

WORKOUTS

Completing each training session is easy; you open the app, go to your schedule and start the workout scheduled for you for that day. Each has an explanation of how to do it along with a how-to video for each exercise. In the end, you check out to mark your completion and should you want to, you have the option to track individual stats too to see how you progress. From cardio workouts where you report distance, calories burned and more, to resistance where you can input how many sets & reps and at what weight you did those. You can track it all, with the convenience of our mobile app.

EXERCISE VIDEOS

Every exercise on your program will include an exercise video & description demonstrating exactly how to perform each exercise. Any specific variations you need can be filmed for you to help you fully understand your training.

NUTRITION PROGRAM

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is a key component of any workout regardless of goals. If you consume too many calories, you'll struggle to lose weight. If you don't consume enough protein, you'll struggle to build muscle. If you don't get enough nutrients in your diet, you'll end up with deficiencies leading to various health issues. We provide you with a holistic approach to your training not only by impacting your nutritional habits but also by setting individualized nutrition goals and compliance targets. On our mobile app, you'll see how you are managing your food in one easy view, and with our PRE-DESIGNED programs, you get individualized advice and accountability too from our coaches. Track your meals and macros through MyfitnessPal, Apple Health/Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Withings integration to access your body weight, resting heart rate, calories, macros and complete meal diary.

I want to help you rebuild your relationship with food, boost your confidence and nourish your body with a variety of healthy and delicious foods. HABIT COACHING

Healthy living starts with healthy habits. After all, big goals don't happen overnight, and success doesn't happen in an instant. It's the things you do every day that add up over time. That's why we provide you with everything you need to build and practise good habits when it comes to your activity, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness every day. We have a collection of small but essential habits with each customized program we offer. There are four categories to choose from: Active Lifestyle, Nutrition, Sleep, and Mindfulness.

Track your progress, celebrate your successes and achieve goals one small change at a time. Our habit-based training feature within the mobile app creates a powerful result over time, especially when combined with expert individualized advice from our coaches.

Tracking the success of your training efforts is easy. Through a simple dashboard on the mobile app, you can see what progress you make. Weight loss, fat loss, caloric intake, visual improvement (through before & after photos are just some of the many other metrics you can track.

Training App

The training app we use is a super useful tool that will save you time and effort. With it, you can track your workout schedule on your customized calendar, view the exercise library, assess progress through helpful charts, and connect with us quickly and easily.
