Client Testimonials
These results were not achieved through extreme dieting or unsustainable training.
Each client worked through a personalized coaching process focused on fueling properly, supporting metabolism and recovery, and building habits that fit their real life.
Results look different for everyone — but the foundation is always health-first and sustainable.

Before working with Amber, life had shifted a lot. We were new parents, I was deep into a new career, and my health had definitely taken a back seat. Early mornings, late nights at the office, and grabbing food on the go became the norm. I was constantly tired, eating out often, and starting to see things like my blood pressure creep up — I knew something needed to change.
Working with Amber — my coach and my wife — gave me the structure and support I needed to get back on track. She didn’t expect me to flip a switch overnight — she met me exactly where I was at and built a plan that actually fit into my busy schedule.
I went from not training at all to consistently getting into the gym three times a week, and we started taking a closer look at my nutrition habits in a way that felt manageable, not overwhelming. The changes weren’t extreme, but they were intentional — and that’s what made them stick.
What stood out most was how sustainable everything felt. There was no all-or-nothing mindset, no extreme restriction — just small, consistent habits that added up over time. Amber really focused on building something that worked for my lifestyle, and that made all the difference.
As a result, I’ve seen real changes in my body composition, my energy, and my overall health. I feel more in control, more consistent, and honestly just better day to day.

Before working together, I struggled with weight loss despite trying many approaches. I had done Weight Watchers, bought a Peloton, and worked with a personal trainer for several months — but nutrition was never addressed. I was also told I was postmenopausal, and that this was just “how it was going to be.”
The biggest shift I’ve experienced through coaching is realizing how tailored this approach truly is. Nutrition and movement finally work together, and I’ve learned what actually works for my body. My mindset has also changed — from focusing only on losing weight to wanting to feel strong.
I’m most proud of losing weight and, more importantly, being able to keep it off. I’ve also gained a much better understanding of food and portion sizes.
This coaching experience has been a true journey of learning. Having someone who is both kind and knowledgeable to guide me through the process has made all the difference.

Before working with Amber, I struggled with weight loss and under-fueling, and I felt stuck after years of fad dieting. We started working together during COVID when gyms were closed, and along the way I also faced the challenges of perimenopause and major hormone changes.
The biggest shift for me was learning how to properly fuel my body, train smarter, and recover better. Because of this, I’ve built a much healthier relationship with food and seen real improvements in my strength.
Working with Amber has given me so much knowledge, and I continue to learn how perimenopause affects training and eating. She truly listens, is incredibly supportive, and has helped me feel empowered in my body again.

For a long time, I was struggling with weight loss, hormone imbalance, and low energy — I wasn’t fueling my body properly for the results I wanted. I believed I needed a lot of cardio to change my body, which made sense since I was a runner and did CrossFit. It took time to trust that I didn’t need to keep doing more cardio to see progress.
Over time, I experienced a huge shift — not just physically, but in how I understood my body and how it uses food for fuel. I stopped doing cardio the way I used to and began getting my heart rate up through lifting heavier weights. I learned how to train smarter, and it completely changed my mindset.
I also learned to view the scale as a tool rather than something to fear. It helped me understand how food, sodium, cortisol, and hormones affect my weight — and that the scale is only one piece of the puzzle.
As someone in perimenopause, hormones and cortisol play a vital role in my health, and Amber also supported me when I began HRT.
This journey hasn’t been quick or easy, but it has truly been life-changing. Amber is always available, quick to respond, and genuinely listens to my needs. She builds a plan that works for me, and that support has made all the difference.

Amber makes reaching my goals feel like it’s on autopilot by handling all the heavy lifting of my gym and nutrition programming so I can just focus on the work.
I really appreciate how she considers my overall well-being and stays by my side with constant check-ins and adjustments to ensure I keep seeing great results.

Before working together, I struggled with overeating and not really knowing what I should be eating. I found my body struggling to carry the extra pounds. My knees were in pain as I navigated stairs.
The biggest shift I experienced while being coached was learning what food to eat - not a fad diet but what types of food my body needs and what to prioritize in my food choices. I learned to prioritize protein and when exercising, to use weights over cardio.
Results I’m most proud of are my ability to take a diet break and to not go crazy with my food choices. I’ve been able to get back into the discipline rhythm after a break. I see my food choices changing as a lifestyle change.
I have appreciated Amber’s approach to coaching. It’s about help with my overall decisions on what to eat and how to pair that with exercise. It has been key to have the accountability and to make the investment in myself.

For most of my 20s, I felt stuck in my body and frustrated with my progress. I understood the basics of weight loss — calorie deficits and exercise — but no matter how hard I tried, I never saw real change on my own. I cycled through eating less, cutting carbs, and other diet fads, only to burn out quickly.
When it came to training, I knew basic movements but had no idea how to structure balanced workouts or pair exercises properly. I wanted to understand the why behind everything, and having that clarity changed everything for me.
I learned that consistency doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly every single day — it’s about overall consistency over time. I’m proud to say I’m now nearly at my high school weight, and getting here honestly felt easy. I’ve fallen in love with the gym, my body craves movement, and I’m no longer sore for days after workouts because my concerns were actually heard and addressed.
What I’m most proud of is no longer being scared of food. I can enjoy sweet treats without guilt, and I finally understand that my love for food isn’t a bad thing. Progress now feels sustainable, balanced, and realistic.

As a busy mom of twin boys and a former athlete trying to find my new normal, I felt burned out, frustrated, and overwhelmed by conflicting advice online. There was no clear direction or consistency in what I was doing, which led to low energy, stalled progress, and constant second-guessing. I was underfueling but truly believed I needed to eat less.
Through coaching, I gained a deeper understanding and respect for fueling my body properly. I started a reverse diet and — to my surprise — began losing weight. I didn’t have to work harder, just smarter. Training stopped feeling pointless, my mindset shifted, and staying consistent finally felt achievable.
Beyond the scale, my biggest achievement was stepping back into the ring as a former competitive boxer and having my first fight post-kids — something I never thought would be possible. My relationship with food improved, recovery was faster, and my strength came back quickly.
Fitness journeys are emotional, and it’s easy to second-guess everything when challenges come up. Having a coach who understands the science behind nutrition takes the emotion and guesswork out of the process. Knowing I don’t have to worry about whether I’m doing the “right” thing has made the biggest difference for me.
